Came as always around here for a relaxing weekend away, we decide to try the “renowned” quality of the pizzeria, now renovated with wood-burning oven.
There is not much to say: just great!
I think I ate a pizza like that only in Napoli. Later we found out that the pizza maker, Gigi, is a master pizzaiolo from Napoli.
Great service, kindness and incredibly low prices for the quality offered…

THE DOUGH

The secret of our pizza is his dough, made with flour, water, salt, yeast. In addition to this you need lots of practice to get a good result, a good pizza should be soft and elastic, so you can fold it.
Cooking should be done in the oven at about 485° C for no more than 90 seconds.

The preparation of our pizza requires a long process: the selection of ingredients, the dough preparation, flavoring and cooking in the oven. Selecting and scrupulous care in choosing only quality ingredients, relying exclusively on what has always driven us over the years: the taste and love for quality.
